Guy and Sarah Stein are a devoted couple based in Sydney, Australia, whose lives are anchored in faith, family, and a shared commitment to serving others.
As the Senior Pastors of C3 Church Prospect, they are deeply passionate about shepherding their congregation, building the Kingdom, and glorifying God through their ministry.
Guy’s journey began in Sydney, where he was raised by his mother, Megan. A former elite baseball athlete, he carries the discipline of sport and the cherished memories of his childhood spent on his grandparents’ vineyard in Mudgee, NSW, which instilled in him a lasting love for the countryside. Alongside his pastoral calling, Guy serves as a business manager in the building and investment sector and shares his faith as a Scripture teacher in local schools. His diverse professional background, combined with his service within C3 Church reflects a heart dedicated to both his community and his vocation.
Sarah, who grew up along the scenic coast of New South Wales, brings a unique blend of creativity and compassion to their life together in senior ministering and pastoring. A registered nurse with years of experience in surgical care at Auburn Hospital, she is also an established artist currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at UNSW.
United by their faith Guy and Sarah met while serving in the C3 Church movement. Together, they have completed an Advanced Diploma in Theology and Leadership and are currently furthering their studies in Theology. One of their greatest joys is their three beautiful children—Lily Grace, Victor Guy (“Izzy”), and Adora Elisabeth—whom they cherish deeply.
Their story is one of profound gratitude, guided by the promise of Romans 8:28, as they walk forward in the love of the Father, the grace of the Lord Jesus, and the companionship of the Holy Spirit. They warmly welcome you to join them on this journey.
For over four decades, Pastors Ian and Arlene Treacy have been a beacon of faith, dedication, and humble service. Since beginning their ministry in 1984 and establishing C3 Church Prospect in 1992, they have cultivated a vibrant, multicultural, and multi-generational home where the love of Jesus is at the heart of everything.
Their legacy is one of profound impact, marked by countless salvations, miracles, and healings both within Australia and through their extensive mission work in the Philippines, Fiji, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. Beyond their global outreach, Ian and Arlene have fostered a deep sense of unity at home, championing diverse congregations and partnering with Spirit-filled churches across Blacktown to ignite revival. Their commitment to the community is further reflected in the enduring "C3 Cares" program, which continues to provide essential support to those in need, alongside the many lives transformed through Alpha courses and water baptisms.
Known for their gentle, wise, and joyful spirits, Ian and Arlene have built a foundational church supported by a strong, dedicated team. As they transitioned the senior leadership to Pastors Guy and Sarah Stein on February, 2026, they leave behind a flourishing community—a true family of faith, including their own wonderful family who remain active in the house of God—that stands as a testament to their lifelong commitment to following Jesus and empowering others.

The Lord speaks through his people to provide teaching and wisdom, guidance, and encouragement. Our preachers bring a spirit-lead message every Sunday morning and evening, and our service leaders make the whole service possible.

A team that focuses on the fellowship of our church’s youth members, guiding them in their spiritual growth and development with weekly bible study on Sundays and fortnightly meetups on Friday nights.

C3’s Worship team is made up of volunteer band members and singers that lead our congregation through praise and worship during morning and evening church services.

Every church service has a team behind the scenes, quietly serving and making sure things run smoothly. Our production team takes care of the lighting, sound, and visuals.

As a church, we want everyone that walks through our doors to be greeted with a friendly face and to know who they can go to if they ever need some help. Our welcoming team drives fellowship within our congregation.
